MCP Server Creation

There are three ways to register new servers with MADA:

1. Directly to the MADA Tools repository
2. As extension manifests
3. As legacy plugin servers

Additionally, this section of the developer guide will cover how to create WEAVE Study Construction Servers.

Simulation servers that generate parameter sweeps can use the shared ParameterSampleGenerator utility.
