SUNDIALS 5.5.0 Released

SUNDIALS is a SUite of Nonlinear and DIfferential/ALgebraic equation Solvers. This release includes a refactored build system (requires CMake 3.12.0 or newer) and support for SuperLU DIST 6.3.0 or newer.
